THE GRATITUDE WE HAVE TODAY HAS A DEEP AND SINCERE MEANING. IN FACT WE CELEBRATED THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY WITH PEOPLE THAT UNDERSTAND, LOVE AND CARE ABOUT WHAT CCO RILIMA HAD BEEN DOING ALONG 20 YEARS. THE FUNCTION WENT WELL AND WE THANK GOD, THE ALMIGHTY. THIS 12TH JULY 2019 SHALL BE MEMORABLE, ENGRAVED IN THE HEARTS OF PEOPLE WHO GOT ANY TYPE OF MEDICAL SURGICAL INTERVENTION. WE CELEBRATED THE MATURITY OF THE NOBLE IDEA OF LINA PANIGADA, RHINO BERLENDIS AND FR. JEAN BAPTISTE RUGENGAMANZI.
The endless efforts of the Kigali Archdiocese had led the Center to remarkable achievements. The commitment of His Excellence Antoine KAMBANDA, current Archbishop of Kigali, to make it a Center of excellence in the near future is clear. He stressed on the determination to improve tremendously the infrastructures and the human resources to fit in the development of the CCO Rilima.
Our gratitude goes to the District of Bugesera too, through the leadership led by Mr. Richard MUTABAZI, Mayor, whose efforts to make the day a success were a “ballon d’or”. His commitment to intervene for the population of Bugesera shall not leave our hearts.
We thank Rilima AUGERE and Foundation Carlo Gnocchi for their presence in our everyday life. They first built the majority of the Center’s infrastructures and provided financial support to children from poor families. The later had been active in providing financial support, trainings to the staff, equipment provision. They contributed a lot to push the CCO Rilima from left to right.
CENTURA, our friend from Denver, Colorado, USA, who are making the CCO breathing safely are here recognized and we can only wish that God blesses them and keep them long with their greatness of the heart. We knew each other for few years back, but the grandeur of our relationship had grown faster.
